1. About these Terms

These Terms set out the conditions for using Stone Knights (the “App”). By downloading or launching the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under 13.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited when using the App:

  1. Tampering with or intercepting the App’s or Unity Gaming Services’ communications or data
  2. Defaming or harassing an opponent
  3. Deliberate stalling: in online play, running down the clock with no intention of continuing the game, repeatedly abandoning the connection, or otherwise materially degrading your opponent’s experience
  4. Any other conduct that we determine interferes with the proper operation of the App

4. Restriction of use

If conduct falling under the previous section is identified (including cases that are clear from our records, such as repeated stalling), we may take the following measures without prior notice. The App requires no account registration and we have no means of contacting individual users, so prior notice is not possible.

We will not delete the game progress stored on your device (stones, coins, shards, achievements, and so on). Any restriction applies only to the online play feature.

If you believe a measure was applied in error, or you would like it lifted, please contact us using the address in Section 9. As this is an individually developed app we cannot promise an immediate response, but we will review your message and reply.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the App to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the content included in the App (programs, images, audio, and so on) belong to us or to the respective rightsholders.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when presented in the App (with an updated version number), and using the App thereafter is deemed acceptance. For significant changes, we will ask for your agreement again in the App.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the district court having jurisdiction over our address shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
